The only school you mentioned here is Lasu. By this time last year, most schools have written their putme, I mean well known schools, not these ones you mentioned here which nobody knows where they are.

I asked this question because by this time last year, most schools have written putme but till this moment (July), no school has written or even announced the dates for their putme.

Some people said its because there is no minister for Education yet, some said maybe the institutions are not ready yet. I dont know which one to believe. Please does anybody why the delay why some schools have not written putme yet?
