I just wish we can be less myopic on this issue, with a merger like this and no major representation of LP members in the National Assembly, I foresee impeachment proceedings on Obi especially with a Northerner as Vice President unless of course they both defect to PDP after the election.

Stop deceiving yourself, Tinubu has the least chance among the four major contestants. Here is the breakdown:

1. Atiku wins majority votes in NE and gets significant votes in other Northern regions. He has a Christian vice who can get some votes in the SS, SE, SW and NC.

2. Obi wins majority votes in SE, SS and gets significant votes from Christians in NC, NE and SW. He also stands a good chance of winning both Lagos and Abuja or coming a strong second.

3. Kwankwaso wins NW and gets significant votes in NE.

4. Tinubu wins SW and nowhere else. He will even win SW marginally because many Christians there will either vote against his Muslim-Muslim candidates or abstain from voting at all, thus leading to voter aparty in SW. Christians in other places in Nigeria will feel slighted that he took such insensitive stand against them.

Now, I'm not even talking about other undesirable qualities associated with Tinubu like corruption, rent seeking, corruption, covetousness, old age etc.

If you're objective you will agree that Tinubu has the least chance.
