I’m not sure how it’s done, but I think he’ll need a letter from his employer which he’ll add to your visa application.

Such will give you a wider understanding of the OWP process as no matter what I tell you will be as "packaged" as that. What visa is he on? Does he have permanent residency? Did he study in Canada? Was it an agent that obtained his visa for him? Please give us more details.

Congrats to your fiancee. I advise you guys get married and then you apply for OWP. Unlike the US that has a fiancee visa program, am not sure if Canada has such. As for an agent, you don't need it unless you really need to spend the money then I can be an agent for you.
