Why am I thinking khloe being friends with ceec is strategic.
I think she is trying to get into ceec's fan base.
She has analysed the game well since putting Mira up.
She is sure Nina will bounce and Nina's fans will automatically port to Mira's side.
When all the strong contenders are up during the last eviction show, ceec will go ie if she doesn't come up and hence she will have ceec's fans on her side if she forms an alliance with ceec.

Cee most of the time has a case but she becomes the villain because of the way she goes about. I always say patience and tolerance is everything especially when dealing with people.
Although I like Nina she wrong in the first place. Cee would have proven her case if she didn't start with the insults.
