With due respect, from what you have written, it just confirms my fear about doing business with people that have your view point, apologies but i have always found them as time wasters, please read what you have written again and put yourself in the shoes of a serious buyer, with little a no time to mess around, do you actually think they would be prepared to ring i.e 10 people without prices or 10 with prices stated. Can you state your asking price for all to see or are you hiding something?

I really get put off with sellers not stating their prices, really do not know why, will people steal their prices and run off or what? or are their hidden issues around the pricing? Please people should be comfortable with what they are selling and advertise appropriately. Just a word of advise or malicious intention/s meant.

Hello, can the rooms be used for students, is it self contained and how much do rental go for in that area?

My advise is not to build a personal building, I would look more towards student hostel, best you look at which out of the hostel and your business brings in more revenue and the least out going and go for that.

What you stated here does not make any sense.I will rather buy a land that is expensive with good document than buy a cheap land without document. Just to point are you fail to understand a simple write up by lawyer (I dont know how you pass exams) . The said dominion Estate has No Approved Site Layout as required by Lagos State, Has no File number at Alausa towards the gazette shiit. Why would you start selling lands based on omoonile receipts. If you had lost money to this fraudsters in the past, you wont come here to display you ignorance just to be heard. You better go to Jokes and love forums.

I had seen the advert about the said dominion Estate, made a few enquires, have yet found any obvious lie, there are a few other estates around there i.e Green garden estate which i believe its in the same boat with dominion Estate, without gazette, people just have to make their enquires and decide which suits them. As i wrote early i prefer buying land in undeveloped areas and better with out C of O, this enables me to max my profit by sorting out the C of O and selling on. Pls for the avoidance of any doubt, I have nothing to do with the so called dominion estate, I just saw the advert and it got my interest but had done nothing yet

I certainly do not get all the fuss, people have to make a decision based on individual risk level, the purpose of adverts is solely to paint the +ves. Distance in my view is irrelevant cos i forone i always prfer to buy lands from totally undeveloped areas and sell when development gets there, and to be honest i have found it to be extremely profitable. I for one i am at present looking to purchase acres of land in that area solely for the reason that its an undeveloped area and documentation is reasonly acceptable(cos the more documentation you have the more expensive it is), it could be in Epe for all i care, but developemnt shall get to that area one day. Lekki of these days, who had ever tought of it 30 years ago. As long as there is no lie told and that is just the matter of individual interpretation/s of words.

The ad like clearly states "close to" the Lekki Free Trade zone. Most people may think it's less than 20 mins

Anyway, as they say a word is enough for the wise.

I do not find any thing wrong with the advert, it stated by stating Close, it never said its less that 20mins to LFTZ, I think is for poeple to judge what is close. In some countries travling 30mins to 1 hrs is deemed as close i.e UK and USA

@Yoighaman, What are you talking about? do you know how many people do not have the luxury of a mum or dad or even the luxury of buring their loved ones because of these so called kleptomaniacs.

Almost all our brothers and sisters in foreign lands (which might be up a million or more) are there because of what this kleptos did to our beloved country.

How many people (Dads, Mums, kids) have had there lifes cut short because of the actions of these so called leaders and their wives. Please lets call a spade a spade and don't give me that sentimental rubbish. The treatment she received from the US, who paid? its the Tax you and me paid, it is at the cost of a health centre being built, health centre that could had saved a sick child,mum or dad. Look at how people are living in Nigeria(practically starving) and our leaders are living in complete affluence that has nothing to do with their own sweat or hardwork.
