Its not necessary, but the texture is different and the cooked apples have a smoother texture. As well as if there are any lumps after blending it is softer for younger babies to mash with their gums.

the texture was d same ooo... the blender am using is superb. dia is nothing it can blend, I mean serious blend.

I was 48 to 50kg pre preg, weighed 61kg as at end of preg and now am 53kg which I believe it is from the tummy cos all my clothee don dey commot for shoulder and waist. so who kept epp.....

for the tombrown preparation
mix like say 2 table spoon of Tom Brown powder with small quantity of water in a small container or cup

put small quantity of water in ur small pot and allow to boil.

lower the fire so that it will be low heat this will prevent from rising unnecessarily which can make it to have lumps if care is not taken.

add that already mixed Tom Brown to d water on fire and stir
allow to cook for like 3 to 5 min

note: u can't store it inside flask like the normal pap

I add formula to mine before giving lo...

my dear na correct aunty flow and since then I menstruate for 5 days me that I menstruated for 2 and half day pre pregnancy. it now rushes like tap that I use to know when e dey pour for pad...

@enque, tom brown no be easy thing to prepare. aigustsecrete has something similar to it which is the mixagrain,,and she sells blended crayfish and dried fish that you can add to it.

my boy has also been on Tom Brown since he clocks 6 months. The preparation is very stressful so it was my mum and her neighbor that is a nurse that helped in d preparation. they added both crayfish and dried fish to his own.

The combination is very nutritious and the aroma is good as well. Though my baby is not chubby but looks very clean, fresh and healthy.

Jaundice is not something to take with levity hand in a baby. it complications are usually fatal in them. let them rule out the cause. I think if it is physiological it should have take it course. might be as a result of infection or other causes which are called pathological causes

colic is stage ur baby will outgrow. well gripewater is not d cure. what it will do is just to relax the intestinal muscle for a while that is why it seems not to always work.

my ds also had it and it subsided at 3 months plus. sorry ehn is part of motherhood package.
u can try d hot water therapy.

I guess is de quervain, it is a tendon issues and not vein. why is all the therapy not working for me.

I guess urs could be carpal tunnel syndrome. was it the whole wrist that was affected? if yes it is not DQ.
without anyone advise hv been using d bandage support and no improvement.
I normally do cold compression with ice pack on it and afterwards I apply zetgel analgesics cream

when we did that wit no out come I switched to hot compress and nothing. it was just as if dos were d aggravating factor.

If you ask me I gat plenty story to tell on it.
Have took. shot of injection and it stopped for like 4 months. To tie wrapper when I want to back ds na war.to. breast feed na war.

I was told the incision is the permanent cure for it by three doctor hv seen.
Maybe I will go for it on Monday.

my sisters and friends that had male baby are always jealous of my boy circumcision cos it was very neat. the ring type.

all of them also did d ring type for their boy but wasn't as neat as ours infact my nephew own is exactly like ur baby's own but she is not bothered. keep calm mama. but if you are not satisfied you can opt for correction on time.

Good afternoon mamas in the house.
please I need a candid advise on this issue of mine.

two months after delivery I had this severe pain on my left wrist tendon. it was so painful that to Carry my ds was a problem. I googled it and the condition was de quervain. I and hubby tried so many things like cold compression, hot compression, use of analgesic cream n drug. my hubby is a physiotherapist. but none work. I went to visit an orthopedic surgeon and he advised I took steroid injection around December which knocked out the pain since then. he told me like wise Google that it might go completely or resurface.

And that if it resurface they will have to incisce it to release the sheat causing it.

now it is back with full force even with pepperish pain sensation.
went to see another orthopedic consultant and said d best thing is to incise it.

but my problem now is hubby is saying what is wrong with me that I want to incise dat is d pain not bearable. And I know say not because of anything just dat his profession and orthopedic na cat n dog.

me I want to go for the incision and forget about the pain but am confused and am in serious pain...

well I think if one can take proper hygienic measure is not compulsory if you are not capable. All my two sisters children never took rotavirus vaccine and sincerely no diarrhea nor even teething associated diarrhea. my 7 months plus baby has two teeth now and we have never had diarrhea issue nor fever for once and we never take rota. It depends on individual.

my dear son is 14 weeks today and I went for immunization but I am not happy with his weight.
His birth weight was 2.5 kg..
At 6 weeks he weighed 3.8
10 weeks....4.4kg
now 4.75kg...


he looks healthy, fresh and happy always just d weight.
what really made me to baffle is that he sucks very very well and am lactating very well. he sucks to the brim and you will see the happiness on his face when he finish sucking.
He is exclusively breastfed

Please sabi mamas.. do I need to worry.
