I had decided not to make comments on some platforms again because it has become obvious that people hardly want to hear the truth. However, I will make few remarks on this.

1. Why is it that up to now nobody has been convicted by the courts on all this mind- blowing allegation of corruption?
2. It is not possible that the ruling party is using all these media trials to distract Nigerians from the issues of the day, talking about fulfilling their campaign promises?
3. I think that this charade should stop. People are dying of hunger. The task of fighting corruption should not be reason for the government to become irresponsive to plight of the citizenry.

False humility and pretentiousness will kill some of our leaders.

All the sensitive posts have gone to the north. I hope somebody is seeing what lies ahead.

It is official. Oshomole is doomed.When Edo women come out like this, whoever is the reason for which they did it is a goner.

Who are the advisers of Buhari? Cancel one program and start another that is not significantly different. GEM is not different from SURE-P. Mad people.

Why are our governments insensitive to things that affect the masses. This alarm about flood disaster was raised a long time ago.Why have they always failed to take proactive measures? Not their business. Wicked cult men and women in corridors of power.

I hope that we will all be bold enough to accept responsibility for what will soon follow after this shambolic miscarriage of justice. When the killings start in Rivers State, I hope those responsible for them would own up to it. I see Rivers State turning into a spectacular war zone, and this soon too.

If the people protesting were not armed, I think it was wrong for the police or soldiers to shoot at them. This is tantamount to invitation of war. The Boko Haram problem started from such recklessness from our police.

The way things are going now, this country is making grounds for another civil war. Make no mistakes about it, if it happens nobody would be spared. The time to put out our ethnic biases and face real issues is now.

The present structure of Nigeria is fragile, as it was built out of false hope of nationhood. To survive the future, there is urgent need to realign the political structures of the different nations that make up this federation. It is either that true federalism is practiced or confederation is introduced and experimented with. A "[i]United States of Nigeria", [/i]should be a way forward, where each of the ethnic nationalities are allowed to exist independent of others but would have a common pool of security apparatus. Government at the centre would then be decentralized and made seemingly unattractive to warrant the present decay in the political landscape.

The earlier we face reality, the better for us. We can avert the holocaust ahead if we face tow the path of truth.

How is it anybody's business that the hotel is in bad condition? The governments of the state ought to have built befitting hotel or improved the existing one over the years. It is not the responsibility of the federal government to do that. I really don't understand the reason for this junk post.

What you are seeing is sophisticated complex problem. To render address is something many past Presidents of Nigeria have done. When you see people dance over things that amount to nothing, it gives you an idea of the dept of mental stagnation of such people. Everything about APC is propaganda.

1) a minister is a mere representative of the president in that ministry
2) the president can pass his directives or give instructions based on his manifesto to any ministery WITH OR WITHOUT A MINISTER
3) ministers are only needed when the president wants to reduce the work load on him.... And if the president is not complaining..... I wonder y u should.. ....

My friend, you also have high marginal propensity to self-imposed confusion. Agreed that ministers are representing the President at the ministries, and that is because some of those ministers are actually technocrats.

They are experts in particular fields. Not all ministers are there as a result of their political affiliations.

In the current state of affairs, Nigeria's economy is being manned by Perm Secs who may not have all the expertise to run it. Adesina, Ngozi, and many others cane in to help build policy direction because the Perm Sec and other civil servants, good as they are, needed superior level of experience to handle intricate issues.

My submission is that Mr. President missed the point. Let us learn to say the truth, no matter how much it hurts
