Politics › Re: "Drinking Alcohol Is Not A Sin" - Reno Omokri by Positiveminds(m): 2:41pm On Jul 13, 2019 |
highyo: wine is not alcoholic. wine is derive from the vine. judges 9:12-13 explained this
" And the vine said unto the trees, Should I leave my wine, which cheereth God and man, and go to be promoted over the trees?"
What the bible called strong drink is what we call alcohol drink.
wine is different from strong drink.
food isn't harmful, but being glutton is a sin, so drinking of wine isn't sinful, but taking too much of wine is sinful.
but taking a drop of strong drink is sinful. Jesus didn't turn water to strong drink, he turn it into wine.
we use wine as Lord supper not strong drink
proverb 31:6 says, give strong drink to he who is ready to perish.
its obvious that this fellow didn't want to perish alone, but he want other to perish with him, that is the reason why he came to the public to say drinking alcohol isn't a sin and those who wat to perish with him applause him You are actually wrong. Bible warned against being drunk but does not forbid one from taking alcohol. Taking. Bible also did not identify the difference between non-alcoholic from alcoholic wine. We are admonished to " Not be drunk with wine, wherein is excess..." Eph 5:18a. This verse actually tells you to drink but not in excess, and reference here is to alcohol. I understand the zeal some of us have to serve God but , in doing so, let us not place yoke on people, such that was never originally intended by God. |

SEONaijaExpert: This is wisdom!
President Buhari is a great thinker.
I've been expecting this move since the progress of the concrete road done by Dangote in Abuja.
I'm happy about this, to Nigerians, it doesn't matter if they design the roundabout in their name what we need is good road.
Furthermore, this is commendable because of the mode of payment. It's not going to be a contract awarded to any company but a gradual deduction via tax.
This is highly commendable! No wisdom in it. Best thing would have been to concession road construction and rehabilitation. This one is going to make those companies reap off the economy. Everything will be inflated. |

Politics › Re: I Earned N60.2m In Three Years, Atiku Tells INEC by Positiveminds(m): 7:10am On Oct 26, 2018 |
Gorem2013: Another evidence Atiku is a packaged fraud
What happened to income from private university
What about income from Intel and other companies claimed to have employed 50,000 employees
So the so called business man who is coming to turn Nigeria to Dubai cannot even manage company with 50,000 employees to good profit but want to manage Nigeria with her 190m population.
Consider this;
60m in 3 years yet able to share $5k per delegate @ PDP conversation in PH that's $2m already for 4,000 delegates
Unspecified dollar for Kukah, Oyedelo, Gunni to beg Obasanjo. For Obj to agree a million dollar donated.
(Remember no more payment of salary of obj farm employees through FG and more than 50%of farm already closed permanently. The recent was the one in Ibadan sealed by OYO state. So Obj need every donation, even from crooks, not minding whether God will forgive him or not)
Then consider million already spent on social media and brown envelope mainstream media rightly tagged 'enemy of the people' by Trump. When you hear Atiku won a poll on tweeter, it means $100k shared to about 10k social media miscreants and hungry bloggers of Ipob extraction.
The summary, Atiku is incompetent, a failure in business and a packaged fraud meant to destroy and loot Nigeria. Don't mistake Atiku as a person with his companies. They are not the same persons! |

Butterflyleo: They do say Athiekukators are brain dead and you just proved it.
What part of this thread talked about the building? We are talking about the renewed confidence in Nigeria by the UN due to the subduing of BH in Abuja compared to how they were bombing at will in the PDP years in same Abuja and you are talking about constructing a building.
Let me even say this, since you say GEJ began the building (which is the usual useless narrative of GEJ STARTED IT) Can we also safely say the bombing of the UN building in Abuja GEJ STARTED IT TOO? After all it was his tenure and you PDP miscreants believe he initiated everything You have once again proved to the world that you also suffer monumental dementia. UN moved out not just because of the incidence of the bomb attack. The building had become structurally damaged. They came back on completion of the building. Make no mistakes about this, the international community does not see Nigeria safer now than it was during GEJ's time. There has been wantom killings everywhere since this your paymaster came in. With the orgy of violence everywhere, as seen in Kaduna, Nasarawa, Benue, Zamfara and many others, how would you even think that UN's return to Abuja office is expression of confidence on PMB's administration. It certainly is not. Go borrow some good useful brain and live like reason normal human being, not like some unproductive daura bred cow. |
