Ahibolongas, despite the fact that I respect u,the truth is u messed up big time. This guy deserves an apology. Do u know what it took him to wait on u before he decided to the take the alternative. Despite the security issues in the land,u shouldn't make any promise u cant keep especially sensitive ones that could cost someone his future. Just like he said,u should have at least informed him earlier or perhaps notify him that u couldn't do it rather than keeping quiet before he called u out.

Stop making it look like he is at fault while u are the reason for this silly mistake. Yes,no be by force but say what u can do and keep ur dignity.

Sfsreit declared N8.10k in dividend payment and it will be paid to shareholders in April 16.

Better than the returns on your visible properties.

ex Dividend Date is March 29

Multiply 10,000 by N8.10. That simple! No tax deduction.

Actually I have decided not to comment on this case again so that some people here will not turn it to entitlement mentality which majority of them have been spewing since if they can't deduced the message i was trying to pass across then I think I should let the matter rest besides he said he never promised me he will help me?he later said I am authoritative?imagine he is trying to look for a fault in my words so that his faceless billionaire friends will support him and started labelling me kidnapper, entitlement mentality etc....you can see what that drunkard spewed up there...i have let it slide thank you I appreciate

Now I doubt the whole thing about you. Nobody can help someone like you.

I doubt any uncle helped you. Someone like you can even slap the person putting food on your table. Rude assh*le looking for easy prey to kidnap.

If you were looking for billionaires to help you, you should have wrote to the likes of Dangote, Otedola, etc.. Instead of coming to an investment thread where people only think of how to grow their money. Senseless person.
