Yes to both questions, they're both digital only banks and you get debit cards.
Doesn't mean they're less safe, your money is protected by the deposit guarantee scheme as well.

For small volumes, Monzo would not frown..... But for large amounts, you stand the risk of having your account frozen.....

Best route, either apply for a Neteller prepaid CC, send funds to NT, then buy from NT......

Or open a revolut account, they seem not to frown too much (yet)..........

My starling account is free (I think).... But the UI for starling is not as good as Monzo.......
