You paid for goods at a particular Rmb rate .
For instance let say Rmb sold at the rate of 73naira yesterday, and you paid for your goods at same rate
If you were due get a refund then you will be paid at same 73naira even if Rmb appreciated against the Naira.

Unfortunately some of the products links you paid for were not available after payment had already been made to the stores which qualified you for a refund . Here you had two options to send in a replacement link or get a refund .
You wanted a refund ,but at that point in the market Rmb had appreciated than the formal 73 naira .You wanted us to pay you with the current value which we kicked against To end the story you later sent in replacement link.
