Undetectable means the person will still test positive,but if you check the amount of virus in the blood, that amount will be so very little that it is impossible for them to transmit HIV to someone else.

My friend would finally begin his drugs by Monday, the drugs are 4 in number. TLD, septrin, one to prevent TB and one small tiny one. He was told how and when to take them. The funny part was that he was never sick, he only decided to go for the test at a government hospital and he tested positive. He has never be sick all his life.

I'm just seeing this sorry,passion007 already answered your question,I can only add that he tries as much as possible not to miss his drugs in no time he will be undetectable as ARVs used these days are very,effective. He started his medication on Monday. He was given four drugs, TLD, septrin, one tiny tablet and one other one to prevent TB. His next appointment is next week. He has done his CD4 count test but yet to see his result. He was never sick, only decided to take the test and see wahala. How on earth would person take this TLD forever? Oh my God.

I flew to another country 14 days after I start to feel a very mild headache That kept on for like 7 days and more, then on the 27th of August I concluded that it’s best I run a HIV test. I choosed the 4th generation AG-AB Evolis method that can detect HIV Antibodies and P24 as early as two weeks after exposure. Test came out Negative after four days being 30th August (today). I am not having any other symptom apart from mild headache which my doctor told me it is dehydration that I should drink 3.7 liters of water daily. I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
