I am a non teaching staff in one of Nigeria’s Polytechnics. I finished from the school and got a programming job at the same school.

Due to my age and kind of Job, I meet a lot of students everyday; both male and female.

I know a runs girl when I see one.

They upload the same kinds of stuffs on their WhatsApp status. Dress the same way to school. Have the same attitude.

I don’t have issues with these people, but i am shocked with the choices men make when taking a life partner.

One of them got engaged today and my head became warm. The bros was just smiling as he was putting on the engagement ring. After some staffs I know have screwed and unscrewed this same lady.

Is it that guys don’t know what’s up or this is what they really want.

Being open/friendly is not equivalent to being cheap. I have met ladies who are friendly, open, and down to earth, but who have boundaries and make those boundaries clearly known while remaining very open minded. From my observation, guys are usually very enamored by such ladies.. There is even an ex-colleague coming to mind right now. Very friendly and attractive but if I hear say you see anything.. My first "love" was also like that.

On the other hand, you have ladies who are unfriendly, for whatever reason, and believe they need to put up a tough front (by the way, the ladies I referred to earlier can get tough when needed but even then, they maintain their openness and calm headedness unless the guy is just totally unreasonable)..
This category of ladies may discourage a lot of guys who don't have the confidence, thick skin or patience to push through.

And then there is the category of readily available ladies who shower lots of attention and are ready to do anything the guy wants to show their "love". Except for the very simple, many guys can see through them and most guys will believe that if she can do this with me, she can do it with someone else. And most guys wouldn't wants such.
