If you have stable electricity with backups, have a skill you can freelance like graphic designing/frontend/backend dev which can make you sit days in front of a screen, buy your things in bulk/order the rest/send someone. Have strict control of your relationships, gone through your fair share of women,alcohol & other temptations till they don't move you while generally maintaining low key & minding your own business when it comes to family & friends.
