I'm a newbie here but, I'll like to drop this issue as it is getting me quite depressed lately.

I'm quite cute (average maybe) and I'm quite bashful as well. Whenever I go for an event, I developed this habit of frowning or squeezing my face to the dislike of the audience. On several occasions, I've seen guys pull over their car while trying to call my attention and I just snub or ignore them.

Even at a wedding party, most of the grooms men would want to approach me but, will back down really scared cause of my serious look.

I really don't know what to do as this is taking a toll on me.

Is there any possible way wherein I can practice to get my smiley face back or perhaps overcome this issue??

u that started frowning must start smiling at occasions Orin public to attract people.. U can not frown ur face and expect guys to come nao... Some may even take u for a sadist because of that... A man who will love and admire that face you always frown will still come for you..dont bother yourself about frowning but try to reduce the way you snub ppl cus it's an act of rudeness.

As woman ur genuim smiles and jovial nature are the attraction for guys...A lady frowning is a turn-off.

If u like fine pass all, carry nyash and breast...cook the best meal...if u lack that attraction, you are on your own.

We hope the below helps you and others in your shoes going through similar issue......

Train your smile.
If you just try to smile a lot, all the time, without thinking about it.
Smiling doesn’t only work with your mouth, but also with your eyes, your face muscles, your body language.
For 1 minute every day for the next 14 days smile in front of the mirror (works also by turning your phone camera so that you can see yourself, which makes it easier when you are on the run).

Also think of a nice situations you had in the past and picture them in detail, including how they made you feel.
b) Do a gratitude exercise: Think of this sentence: “Today, I am grateful for….......”
and then complete it with your kids, your body, your favourite color, the nice food, the event that went well, etc.

Also Create some good habits.
Creating a habit usually takes around 5 weeks in our opinion.
A trigger has to be something that you experience regularly, without having to remember.
A good example is : When your phone rings, smile before you pick up.

Habits don’t get created over night.  But if you keep practicing at some point your smile will come automatically and you will be shocked you didn’t even think about it.

And most importantly : Rehearse in advance to be sure the smile is natural.
