A footballer negotiates how much you would pay him and the period of years he would play. He even add clauses and can request for transfer if he wants to leave. If he is a free agent he pockets all transfer fees for himself. This is aside other endorsements. Does that look like the workings of an employee?

Ronaldo makes almost a $1m per tweet. He has hotels and investments. Gerrad Pique has a football club in 3rd division.
Thank you for this.

Employees trade their time for money that will be paid by their employers.

Some employees can be richer than their employers, if you know you know

Sergio Ramos and Varane are teammates at Real Madrid. They are both central defenders. They are both World cup winners. They are both multiple champions league winners. Yet Sergio ramos earns twice as much as Varane. Why didnt they peg their salaries to their positions as you see corporations do? Can a bank pay two tellers doing the same job different diffrent salaries?

Obviously not.
But a football club is not structured the same way as a bank is.
Just like in film making - some players are deemed more bankable than others, just the same way some actors get bigger paydays than others .
Another school of thought has it that the players are to be classed as its assets, and we all know assets have different values.

We are products of habits and routine, do you know one of the reasons why people die few years after retirement?

Boredom.

Especially people who worked in the same organization for 30 years.
it's kills faster than the underlying health condition they might have.

Thats why i outlined their achievements. They also play the same position. Using your line of argument, i guess a filling station should pay a pump attendant who adds value more money than other attendants right?

Tweets, endorsements, hotels and other incomes are gotten from their investments and side gigs. The same way, I can be working for GT bank and be raking in millions from hotel and petrol station wey I build on the side.

Footballers are employees of the clubs they sign the contracts with. Similar to a regular employee that signs a contract with his employer.

David Beckham does
Ronaldo Delima also has a club

They did after playing for many years as employees of clubs. Why did they go and play for clubs when they could have started their own clubs?.

Messi is still playing for Barca as an employee even though he can own a club.

The statement was that "a football club is not structured the way a bank is".
Draw the meaning from that.

In many organizations, some employees get more in bonuses because of the added value they bring. Two employees can be doing the same job and one is paid higher. This happens all the time. Not just football or sports.

Likewise the entry barrier for a club is capital intensive. Thats why most footballers don't own clubs.

When a footballer wants to leave his club does he tender resignation letter? But a coach, director of sports, medic would tender resignation

Bonuses. Not salary

Even salaries. Trust me there are employees that make more than their peers in large organizations. Salaries are confidential. People get very disappointed when they find these things out. That’s why they are rarely discussed in certain organizations where employees are allowed to negotiate their salaries. Most management and executive salaries are highly negotiated.

He got an employment contract, he has to tender his resignation letter. The paper works are done by their lawyers or advisers

I don't remember proffering that assertion.
And, as an aside, not all entrepreneurs have to own land and physical plant, some trade with knowledge/skills capital.

Different contracts for different types of employees. Even coaches, directors, etc have their contracts and termination is stated there. Same as employment contracts for regular/contract staff of companies. They all have termination clauses that determine how the employees can ‘leave’.

Na only for civil service everybody for the same scale de always get the same salary. In many private organizations, if you stay too long, those employed after you will negotiate a higher salary than you and you won't know until one person slips up one day and spills the information.

I am sure that many people who are only used to bank and Chinese company type of contract staff do not know that it is possible for contract staff to earn more than some employees.

And some fuel attendants make more than their peers when they sell more fuel. That’s why you see them hustling for customers to join the queue where they are attending to grin

It happens a lot in many corporate organizations.
Most salaries are dependet on what a person brings to the table, if he knows his self worth and his negotiating power during the interview.
As a matter of fact, you can employ 2 individuals for the same position on the same day and yet have different salaries depending on what both parties negotiated during the salary stage of the interview.
