Dear Tacha, under Buhari, votes don't count in Nigeria.

People voted Atiku in 2019 but at the end, INEC declared Buhari the winner, and to avoid the use of judiciary to remove Buhari after the rigging, Buhari and his evil APC party cohorts did a judicial coup and removed CJN Walter Onnoghen as CJN and installed a puppet Sharia Judge to do their bidding.

They did the same in Imo State, removed people's choice Emeka Ihedioha and installed a Supreme Court Governor Hopeless Uzodimgba.

These are the reasons Nigerian youths are tired of voting and many, especially those from the Southeast asking for division of Nigeria so they can go and start a new foundation for their country where their leaders will be held accountable for every policy or nonsense they do.

Then quality people should flood the political parties and emerge as candidates. There is no 'easy' way out of this.

Joining any political party in Nigeria is very easy and it happens at the local level (ward meetings) very close to your street. If we want true democracy we can work for it, enough of our 60 years of empty talk.

If we are too big or too busy to sit at political party ward meetings but find it easy to sit at pepper soup joints and football viewing centers then we are not ready for democracy.
