I and my husband started trying for a child in January but nothing till now; this is our 3rd cycle, AF is due to come tomorrow and I'm already spotting, so this month is out.

I'm wondering what we're doing wrong? And please recommend any good hospital or lab from Maryland to Ikorodu axis where we can go to be checked out cos I'm already getting worried.

Good food and fruits : Ugu Vegetables, Apple, Banana fruits etc. She can also take blood forming tablets - this should be prescribed by a doctor.

My Dr recommended Ugu. So I blend Ugu with water, sieve, mix with Malt and drink. It can also be mixed with Milk.

She should also try to incorporate more Veggies and Fruits in her diet. All this should be done alongside her Prenatal Vitamins.

You may not be doing anything wrong. 3 cycles is too small to conclude. It takes an average of 1year for a healthy normal couple to conceive. Dr.s won't be bothered with your inability to conceive until after one year but then it's good to be proactive but don't stress yourself because stress sometimes prevents pregnancy too.

My advice, you and your husband should run all Fertility tests to rule out any issues. Once no issue on your side or his, aim to have sex at least 3 times a week. That way even though you don't stress trying to pinpoint your ovulation day, you'll definitely have it covered.

Start taking a Prenatal Multivitamin or at least Folic Acid. Vit E from 1st Day of Period to the Day of ovulation helps with implantantation. Don't take Vit E after ovulation because it works against your objective after then.

She can boil hospital too far leaves, add some milk when cool, then drink.
It works wonders!

You can use BIDEMS hospital here in ikorodu,God is helping the gynaecologist there in that aspect.Best wishes ma
