I do know the original text of scriptures were written in these three languages. Which is quite understandable that these were the languages during those times.
You should also note that, the Bible was first translated to Latin from these original text languages then to all other languages in our own era as of today.

Language is dynamic and keeps evolving.
There could be translation gaps but this does not negate the veracity of the scripture and it's intention. In cases where these translation gaps exists, Greek and Hebrew are still spoke today, clarity can be sought.

The scripture is God inspired through human writing, however the accuracy, sophistication and systematic presentation of the Bible is beyond any form of human conjecture. For example, Moses was writing about creation in Genesis two thousand years before he was born. It only takes the influence of divinity to do this.
As regards, the approval & rejection of books for scriptures, God has always guided & protected His plans and intentions through humanity He himself created. He himself permitted that, Matt.18.18 - "Truly I tell you, whatever you forbid and declare to be improper and unlawful on earth must be what is already forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit and declare proper and lawful on earth must be what is already permitted in heaven.

Other books or scrolls are not necessarily out of place but the compendium of books in the Bible as of present is sufficient to reveal His entire plan for humanity.

I specifically put in bold certain words like Aperu (research on this on your own). Also, the store city mentioned in that scriptural verse called Rameses is named after the Pharaoh who commissioned the Aperu (Hebrew) to build it.

You ought to know that Pharaohs were known to give their names to cities built during their reign, they would typically make it the capital from whence they ruled. Other examples of such cities named after the Pharaoh who built them include Memphis, Akhetaten, Tanis, Mendes, etc

The connection you require using that verse, is that for a city which was built by the Israelites as slaves in the book of Exodus, it follows that the Pharaoh who was ruling at that time had to be a Rameses for the city to be called Rameses.
And furthermore from Egyptian history, there was only one Rameses who used the Aperu(Hebrew) slave labour to build monuments, this was Rameses II. He was responsible for building a greater percentage of all Egyptian monuments than any other Pharaoh that ever ruled because he had slave labour (Hebrews) to accomplish it.

They mummifed their dead, preserved the bodies,
wrapped the bodies, performed rituals placed bodies in coffins, they sealed coffins and sealed the tombs from any sort of disturbance or tomb robbers/raiders.

Thousands of years later, some people broke the seals to these tombs, uncovered the coffins/sarcophagus, remove the mummies and place them in museums.


Anyway, i wish to visit Egypt someday and see these mummies with my eos 100d.

There is a Jewish public holiday called Pesach (The Passover) which is celebrated by all Jews around the world, everyone knows this, everyone except you it seems.

Egyptian history says slaves did not build anything in Egypt. For example, the burial site of the men who built the pyramids have been found. Inscriptions show they were professionals, were fed well and paid well.

Secondly, there would have been no need for an exodus because the distance between Egypt and Israel is just about 640 kilometers. Its just a walk of one or two days. So, with just this, you see the bible is lying when it says the journey was expected to take 40 days and 40 night to get from Egypt to Israel. Even a baby can crawl from Egypt to Israel within 7 days and 7 nights. Unless they crossed the sea from Yemen. But then, that would bring me to the last point below.

Finally, the place called Israel today was also part of Egypt in ancient time. So, again, there would have been no need for an exodus, in the first place. In fact, the Israelites didn't even need to cross any red sea because there was a land bridge there linking Egypt and Israel until about 1869 when Britain and France built the Suez Canal so they could cross the sea to steal more from India and other nations.

The exodus story never happened, rather its mythology taken as history. The names of real pharaohs (Tahaka and Shiskank) connected with real or unreal events were at least mentioned in the bible book of Kings.

Since the days of Moses till today (The Jewish Passover actually ended on the 4th of April), Jews (who aren't Christians) all over the world celebrate the Passover and it's a national holiday in Israel. And it's history is well documented in archeological findings (Qumram cave scrolls and parchments).
Your assumption that the Israelites lived in Cairo (a city founded in the 900's AD) is funny to say the least. Of course it takes few days to travel to Benin republic on foot from Badagry but imagine thousands of people (including children, cattles and properties) traveling from Ojudu Berger to Benin republic.
And again the excape route is not always the shortest route but the Safest route.
