This company started by selling undeveloped plots in remote areas, most of their sites dont have any remarkable infrastructure. How can such a company just wake up and transform to an investment banking entity. Truly we are in a lawless country.

Dear Sir/Ma,
What do they tell you about growth?... Oxford is taking over the Business Space, I think you should know. Fine, the company started by selling undeveloped plots according to you, but you think the company should remain in the same position for good five years of operation? ... Oxford is just starting, as a matter of fact, Oxford has spread it's tentacles to the extent that our growth is immeasurable ,as I speak kindly anticipate OXFORD HOSPITAL close to you. I repeat, kindly do your findings sir .

And did I just see a "lawless country"? Sure, to some extent, that could be true... But when it comes to the brand I boastfully represent: OXFORD; Oxford International Group is a duly registered company with RC NO : 1376384 and regulated by special control unit against money laundering {SCUML} a unit of EFCC with RN: 251808356. At Oxford International Group, we pledge to deliver top- notch services to all out clients in Nigeria and the diaspora. Our Farm Produce are fully insured by LEADWAY ASSURANCE, with reg: AC00000119FS

I repeat, do more research Sir/Ma ... I patiently await your response.

Just to educate you a bit there is nothing special about getting SCUML certificate , every company taking huge deposits will be advised by their banks to get one. I have boys that can get it done for ordinary 40k within 2 weeks. If you were talking about SEC registration and publishing of audited reports I will take you serious.

Money laundering and running a Ponzi scheme are also two different things,SCUML won't track Ponzi schemes its left to investors to do their due diligence. Only your company is running hospital, mortgage bank, site and service schemes and farms very soon you may even launch airline all within 5 years. The endgame i see here is that your company will force investors to take plots of land they can't sell when your cash inflow dries up. Its a Smart one though. grin

Wishing your company and its investors the best of luck,Though We've gone down this road several times.

I'd suggest you run a background check on this Company in question... A company who has it's own Mortgage Bank, and even filling stations would do such?

Dear sir/ma,
A post dated cheque, coupled with a deed of agreement, leaves the company at risk of being sue to court in case of any hanky panky game, of which there has never been any record of such in our 5 years(still counting) of Operation. Kindly do your research.

I have done a little background check on the Oxford group and here are my findings, only the profile of the Chairman has a bit of write-up but it only states his academic qualifications. There is no narration of his professional or work history so that one can understand his career progression so that one can see leadership positions he has held before.

Information such as this is what is required to be able to deduce an individual's level of integrity to know if he can be third party assets can be entrusted in his care.

The other members of the Board and management are listed but not even a single one of them including the CEO has a writ-up to that narrates their journey therefore it is impossible to assess their competence in the roles they occupy presently.

If a company intends taking deposits from the general public then it should be ready to disclose information about the carrer progression of it's principal officer so that prospective depositors can conduct due diligence on them in order to obtain comfort or otherwise with regard to their integrity

By the way we all know that it's an offence to issue a dud cheque in Nigeria but please mention 5 individuals in Nigeria that have ever being convicted and sent to jail in Nigeria for issuing dud post-dated cheques!

I still stand by what I said earlier - A post-dated cheques is a worthless piece of paper if there is no guarantee that there will be enough funds in the bank account to cash the cheque on due date!

LOL thanks for this brilliant expose, just like MBA forex recently did , all the excuse that this Oxford group need to dishonour those cheques is just getting the CBN to freeze the company account.

Is it the Nigerian police that would have been well settled that will have time to arraign the accused in court? Once they settle the Nigerian police, the police will also advise investors to settle. Case closed.grin grin

All he needs is SEC registration documents.

It’s a pity that even the seller of investment doesn’t know anything about SCUML.

Buyers beware o.

Post dated cheque bounced is plenty EFCC dealings and to open file. To get the money back through the courts is not easy especially if you are dealing with an experienced fraudster.

We need not drag this matter cos believe me Sincerely it's not a do or die affair... Like I do make my prospects realize they are not being forced... You see what's good for you, you go for it... I see myself as an Angel bringing your notice to what I feel would benefit you, it's left to my prospect to join the moving train or let go.

A post -dated Cheque is a worthless piece of paper (TRUE), but with a Deed of Agreement? You still say it's nothing? ... As a matter of fact, Oxford would not mind the presence of your Lawyer while initiating any deal with us, this is because we have absolutely nothing to hide!!!.

Then you think disclosure of information about career is a big deal in Nigeria? ... Even our leaders (ain't gonna mention no name here) they divulge enough fake informations, even about academic background, yet we follow them like sheep been led to be slaughtered. I'm not trying to justify any fact here tho, but it's saddening enough that it's only in Nigeria that someone who hasn't held one position or the other can never be noticed!!!

As per guarantee to be sure that there will be enough funds in the bank, you don't expect such to be disclosed, do you, in finance there is what we call POLICY OF SECRECY ... And that's why we'll always welcome our prospects in any of our offices for more clarification and information.
Thanks.

Asset Management, Agriculture, Banking,

If only you know what the company worths tho,
Please what type of license did your company obtain from SEC, can we have the registration number with SEC for verification?

On your last statement any company can claim to be worth anything by ammasing depositors fund while promising juicy returns. It becomes a problem when your company can't separate assets from liabilities.

Yes in January we seriously warned LOCO and coy to stop chasing a MOVING TRAIN when it was trading @circa N1.40 rather they should join BARGAIN HUNTERS and wait patiently for it @ circa 80kobo..

Meanwhile since last month it has been trading at our 80kobo BARGAIN JUNCTION for ACCUMULATION.
