If PDP and South want to win an election come 2023, this should they embrace. Politics is a game of analysis. That was Tinubu area of strength prior to year 2015.
* 2023 power belongs to the South and a Christian Candidate(Any forecast outside is sure a failure for both PDP & APC if they go in contrary)
* Igbos must allign with their enemy the Yorubas
* Power will shift to South West(Osinbajo) or South South(Goodluck Jonathan)
* South East/South South will have Senate President or South West were ever the seat of president swings
* North East or North Central Vice president
* North East / North Central Speaker were ever the vice president swings to.
*** North Central must be won 60-65% (Benue,Kwara, Kogi, Plateau) at least Nassarawa/Niger State 40%.
**South West must be won at least 75% (there are literate voters,they dont put all their eggs in a basket)
** South East and South South must give their 80% vote
* Target North East States like Taraba 65%(Core PDP state) and Bauchi40-60%(A current PDP State) Dont trust Bauchi, there can easily realign.
*From North West, target Kaduna 20-50% they are currently divided on ethnic and religious lines. Sokoto currently holds sway for PDP but dont trust them(20-60%).

The above i believe should be PDP strategic plan. I will give that of APC strategic plan for 2023 later.

Osun State House of Assembly members elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has called on leaders and delegates to submit themselves to peaceful conducts as the Southwest Congress holds on Monday, April 12, 2020.

This call was contained in a jointly issued statement by the Minority Leader, Hon Kofoworola Babajide Adewunmi, Hon Adewumi Adeyemi IREKANDU, and Hon Olaniran Akanfe Atidade.

The lawmakers acknowledged contest as a critical part of democracy, however, urged every stakeholder involving in the process to let the progress of the party be the ultimate objective.

"As delegates elect a new set of Executives for our great party, PDP, in Southwest, we want to impress on leaders and candidates to embrace peace and make sure the exercise set the path for a united party," the statement noted.

"We are not unaware of the interests that the Congress is attracting, particularly from respected leaders on both divides, however, we call on every stakeholder to think through their roles and make sure that they unite and not divides.

"Knowing well how much damage divisions had caused the PDP, we pledge our total support to a peaceful exercise that will produce officials that will lay the foundation for a strong and virile party in the Southwest as we gradually inch closer to 2022 when governorship election will hold in Ekiti and Osun states respectfully and the general election in 2023.

"As such, we ask candidates to demonstrate an act of sportsmanship while we call on whoever emerges victorious to be magnanimous in bringing every interest together to move the party forward in the zone."

The lawmakers further urged everyone participating in the Congress to abide by COVID-19 regulations and not allow themselves to be used in any way to disrupt the process.

if the election is free and Fair north central can make PDP come back to power. Throughout the north central no one like APC because of the Fulani herdsmen. You know north central are predominantly farmers.

It’s not my fielding a South east candidate, it’s not automatic, especially if Apc fields a Northerner. PDP will even lose in Benue. Reason? The PDP governor does not pay salaries and pension.
In Kwara state, one of the major reasons Saraki's candidate was rejected was because the outgoing governor, installed by Saraki was not paying salaries and pension.

No. The dynamics of 2019 will be different from 2023. Atiku was presented as a moderate Fulani man against a nepotistic Buhari in 2019. Most people voted for Atiku because he was the only realistic alternative to Buhari. In 2023, the dynamics will change. It will be a Fulani man against a southerner. Atiku will no longer be the moderate alternative. The southern candidate on the platform of APC will get the votes that Buhari couldn’t get. There is no way PDP will win the north central.
