Dear NLanders, I have been working for a tier 1 Bank in Nigeria for some time and so far it has been quite good. I work with great people and the pay is reasonable. Recently, I got an offer to work in a multinational telecoms company. While this seems like a good offer, I am worried about working for Chinese/Indian companies because of the negative report about them generally. I am sure, it is Huawei. Working in a Chinese multinational telecom is different from working in a Chinese one man business in Nigeria. I will advise you stay put with the bank job, if the pay is good like you said. Multinational company is good especially telecommunications but the politics going on within is killing, don’t be surprised if you get laid off after a year or two if you don’t know how to lick your boss ass. 10 Likes 1 Share |
