E be like say custom home builder(s) na hotcake at the moment o. I saw a couple Des Moines names with that keyword "just listed" yesterday or so on DAN. Lo, the two don become "just missed" already!

Well, maybe the seller only used DAN to complete already agreed transactions sha.

Exactly. Just last month, I opened an additional dorm acct with them (euro) and almost made the mistake of sourcing for euro to deposit and activate the acct. Eventually, I decided to bone them, and last week I received funds into it from Netherlands.

I thought they open some by default.
When I opened by dom account with gtb in many years back, I was given like 3 different account.Euro/dollar/pounds with different account number. And is still functioning despite plmoney no dey enter am, lol. May be things have changed.

I was surprised few months ago when access bank also opened dollar account for me without asking or seeking my permission.I don't know may be because of government policy or something.But I never requested for it. Infact I don't have current account with them, only savings. I logged in and I saw the account number in dollars.

i think upwork and fiverr is good but you need very great solutions and offers that can appeal to so many people. Upwork and Fiverr are seriously competitive. But it is getting so much traffic . Na craze I teh run that follow-up (with price reduction, yeah)

Alabi (IYKYN) dealt me a blow on that fateful day, and I used the annoyance to do follow-up.

There were many opens, but no replies.

The anger I was feeling made me forget about Gmail's hourly limit while outbounding and I collect for their own hand too... Dem knack the account better hammer!

The eventual buyer might have tried to reply back without success, but he sha clicked BIN the following day.

I am in a big fix right now. I listed a domain on afternic and forget to delete it after 2yrs of expiration and somebody Don purchase d domain now from me on afternic and d domain is no longer available.

Na small thing. Just tell afternic you no longer own the domain. It has happened to me a couple of times. But check if the domain is still available for registration
