I just saw that you baked your chicken. I only know how to dry mine and knowing that that isn't healthy, I want to learn to bake. Help me out please.

Very easy, preheat your oven to 220 for 15 mins. Put your chicken for 25-30 mins each side depending on how you like your chicken baked.

No need to boil it, if you do it won’t get nice taste, also no need to sprinkle oil. I normally add little oil with other ingredients to marinate my chicken.

O di na...For we weh grow with am...we use am pass time while growing up...The tree weh my grandma planted when she was in her twenties...She don die @105, but the tree still deh fruit..Na village people get am now...

well the prices really differ even within a brand.
Check out KitchenAid, Cuisinart and Hamilton Beach.
They are good ones with a wide range of prices to suit anyone’s pocket (I think)

Food like this makes you wanna come back home. I miss this food.

Breakfast:

Tried Bubble'n' Squeak but it failed, came out like a pan cake instead of fried cake. Forgot to take a picture though.

Dinner:
Coconut Rice and Beans, cubed Goat meat and Shrimp peppered sauce; a side of sauteed vegetables (onions, red bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach).

Mashed Potatoes served on a sweet puree made from tomatoes, bell peppers, seasoning, sour cream, and orange jam; a side of saute vegetables (onions, red bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach), beef, topped with parsley flakes.

Huh? This looks like rice and beans. Wrong pix?
