Granted the owner of the CV messed up, but should you give such advice. The same person that assisted you has always received backlash, but out of the kindness of her heart that didn’t stop her from giving information here and neither did that stop her from going all the way to assist you, a stranger. It depends on your level of communication with the said commissioner.
You don't just tell him/her "Sir or Ma, I applied for NDLEA oo and I don't know if you can help me" but you have to subtly let the person know all the efforts you've made in your job search, the places you have applied to and how you trust him/her to help you make the right career choice by considering you anytime an opening comes up in an agency where you fit in most based on your qualification.
