Very odd method of screening. Imagine you have to call 1000+ persons to ask if they have master degree/NYSC or not. Wonder how they would get a right info or be 100% accurate.

It’s baffling, especially with the fact that we’ve already given this info on our profiles. Even if they want to scrap candidates without msc, they should already have that info on their database and should be able to make their decision based on that. They seem disorganized

Nigerian mode of employment will not seize to amaze me, imagine an entry level job requesting for masters..i applied but i dont have msc,tho i have 2 years experience working with nigerian breweries as brewing process operator( contract). Lets see what happens next with this new model of recruitment with gr8 u connect.
