..... There is still room for improvement doesn't translate to appreciation........ You made almost a whole page of criticism and ended it with a line of there is still room for improvement..... Such criticisms never encourage anyone...... If you want your criticism to be effective, it should first start with appreciating the little the person have done.......
What yall story tellers don't understand is that all the weapons you see in the picture are not designed and produced with the aim to protect you. They are produced for distribution to bandits, boko haram and fulani herdsmen to kill you. So why waste a lot of grammar to show you are patriotic in a country that careless about your welfare.

Most analyses usually shy away from this angle. They also ignore the origin of all the weapons - those who manufacture and sell or distribute them carelessly but turn around to blame Africans for not doing enough to monitor how weapons move around.

Oga lecturer, stop delving into matters you know little about. AK is an abbreviation for Automat Kalashinikov and 47 is the year of manufacture. Automat Kalashinikov is the inventor of the gun, a Russian. The fact that soldiers simply call it Kalashinikov or kala doesn't mean that is the name. The name of that gun is AK47 while the inventor is Automat Kalashinikov. The poster you quoted is correct when he said "more knowledge than Kalashinikov", referring to the inventor.

the person you are talking to is first his tribe before Nigerian, so is the same with 99% of his people...you better adjust yours, otherwise you will just be hurting your tribe in the name of playing a Nationalist among sectional/bigoted majority.

coolGuns and ammunitions have its maker’s marks engraved on it. If its used, it canbe traced to d maker and subsequently to d one d maker sold it to. Most of the guns and light weapons u are taking abt have no ID atall. They cant be traced. That’s why they are called MURDER-WEAPONS. You made a valid point if I must confess, I just had to clear it out first and later came to appreciate that perfection is close.

And even if I never appreciated, Engineers know how to improve on faults. It just who and what we are. Its a faceless forum and I am not interfacing with whoever crafted or designed it. My points I just laid out.

I will copy and improve if in shoes. Like I said, I owe nobody a compliment. Normally, I should be paid for my criticisms

Its no news that even the US AR-15 is a copy of the AK-47. It was just redesigned based on faults of the AK-47
AR-15 is a semi automatic version of M16. It is not derived from AK47 working principle.

From the picture,
1. Framework is bad
2. The cooling fins is absolute gibberish, more of a design than its actual functionality.
3. The grip seems to be made of plastic, or a slippery material. The actual essence of that part was not functional in design.
4. Trigger loop is too wide for an automatic rifle by few millimeters
5. Wide gap between barrel jacket and hand guard,. Its accuracy would definitely have wide errors, except used by exceptional professional
6. The butt is outdated and not handy.

............. Their is still more room for improvements

And all these just from a simple picture?

You surely have calibrated eyes.

Okay, but the name of the gun is not Kalashinikov but AK47. And as it stands today, the gun is named after Kalashinikov not any German whatever. The politics of who invented or who stole whatsoever isn't the issue here. The issue is: what is the name of the gun and after whom was it named, still pointing to the poster you quoted, he is right by saying "knowledge of AK47 more than Kalashinikov.

The AK 47 remains one of the most reliable guns. The G-Wagon was first made in the 70s or so that doesn't mean the ones made in 2020 are not improved. I used the G-Wagon because it has kept the same shape but modification are done
