You are right on the ball.However, the majority that return are the men, who already have established careers,businesses and investments in Nigeria. They got PR for the healthcare benefit and so they can pay domestic tuition fees for their children.

There are many dollar millionaires living in Nigeria who made their money legitimately. I know majority of workers in the oil companies make more money in Nigeria, than in Canada due to the tax lower rate and faster progression they make in their careers and are able to pay off their Canadian mortgages faster working in Nigeria.
