lemme take this short because i always avoid having issues with anyone here
On April 8th daaz picked a deal for me which is MacBook air 2018 and the item available for pickup on April 29th
I messaged omicpet for pickup which he told me they only deliver and I sent the delivery details to them...
The laptop later deliver in the evening that same day,and when the receiver which is the buyer(kozmorgan) got the item,he switched on the pc to check it out and he found out the pc got line on the screen which he forwarded the pictures to me immediately..
I messaged DAAZ001 about it the reply was,he didn't picked the laptop with any line and he asked me why can't I check the item out when picking it up,and I told him omicpet only do delivery no pickup..
DAAZ001 told me he will talk to them in the morning which is the next day, I messaged daaz001 that same morning to asked for any update update...he reply was omicpet told him he will ask his staff about it
Like since April 29th Daaz001 have been given me excuses that he didn't shipped the laptop with bad screen which the laptop was delivered with bad screen to the buyer...

Have been having a hard time resolving the issue with so I decided to bring it up here for my oga's in the house to help me resolve am �� any evidences required I can always provide

I was like calculations bawo, I was like how would you pick a defective laptop at a price that I even pick working laptop with same config at lower or same prices, how can you pick a bad laptop and you didn't call to confirm that I can't pay for the bad laptop o, I don't have people that buy bad laptops from me. Since then she has not released my laptops with her and doesn't even want to reach a compromise.

Hi, so my attention was brought to thread by Ustavo as regards a transaction we had on the 17th of April.
So on the 17th of April at 6:39pm Eastern time Mr Jemil sent a pick up order, bear in mind the 5hrs time difference, at exactly 9:49pm Eastern time pictures where sent to him as a regular procedure during pick up, I discovered the laptop doesn’t power on, I informed him accordingly and got no response.
I put a direct call through to Mr Jemil THRICE,didn’t get a response.
Note, this was @ 10pm my time
I was left with no choice than to pick because I assumed Mr Jemil was aware since it was clearly stated on the ad and not including it on the pick up order could have been an omission error.
To my amazement the next day when I told him i was going to forward his bill shortly he asked for what!!! Asking me why would I will pick a Laptop that doesn't power on I told him, I called him to notify him during pick up but he insisted he didn't see the description on the advert and EMPHATICALLY said he WOULDNT and COULDNT pay for a Laptop that doesn't work, as a result we started having conversations back and forth . I decided it was best to go mum since the conversation wasn’t yielding any headway.
What struck me was if he had no other items with me , does that mean he would have left me to bear the loss of a Pick order he sent to me??
I believe one of the reason links are included in pick up orders is so we verify in the case of no response.
I would attach screenshoots of calls, our chat and description of sellers ad below

Please I beg all whatsapp deal hunting group owners, remove all the people with issues from your group, please!

These people know they have issues and stop posting on nl then go on to scam ppl on whatsapp group.

I suggest pickers should also be notified to hold onto goods of people having issues here so the goods can be used to compensate the victims

I showed you my call history after I told you you didn't call me, you could have said you did and showed me yours too because I didn't get any call(s)

1. Link is for reference but the instruction is what you are to work with even though link forms the whole instruction(it was not written by your customer). You cannot rely totally on link as a picker.
Adverts can be edited

2. You made a mistake in assuming.
When you go out on a pickup and you could not reach your customer when you discover an issue you do not go ahead to purchase. Calling and customer not picking does not vindicate you here because no agreement or communication was established

3. Your customer staying awake all night to secure and send you a deal should be respected and all pickers need to respect this. Pickers should know that it is not easy to stay awake at that time(this is normal) being on the field of action does not mean that you alone should be considered. Customers suffer this lack of sleep the most

4. You both are to bear this loss.
Picker did not consider that adverts can be edited(you have learnt this so move on after learning. You learn everyday on the job. You dont know all) and in such a case customer would definitely not be obligated to pay. No one will pay for a faulty laptop he did not know about

5. I blame both of you(more blames to picker on this) for keeping quiet for soo long, this issue should have been tabled immediately it happened. You both were simply being hard hearted

Picker: I will not release his other items if he does not pay me. I will see who will get tired. Meanwhile you tie down your own money too

Customer: I will not pay her and voice out because i am not at fault. Meanwhile you have other items with her and huge money is being tied down.

For others reading this, there is a lot to learn.

the picker is not to be blamed here.
if ustavo have a screenshot of the ad which does not state that laptop does not power on,let him bring it.saying the seller has edited it is mere cheap assumptions

It’s been stated through experience that some sellers can edit their ad description.
some bosses has analyzed the matter and concluded on way forward, pls allow either parties to dispute the final judgment..

What we want here is issue resolved fast not to linger for long.
