What are the remedies available to a person when an usurper takes or tries to take over the person land.
What are the means of getting justice against the usurper?

The family sold the land to us as far back as 2017 with family receipts and deed of agreement signed and we did our corner piece and no issue.
Fast forward to 2021 ,all of a sudden an individual wants to fence our land as his and the family said that the land they sold to the individual excludes our land and that the land in question belongs to us.

The individual wanted to use thugs/area boys , we were able to checkmate this. he went and bring Mobile police to the land and we wrote a petition to the police and the police went to the site and told the mobile police men they are on illegal duty and if they know what is good for them,they should leave that site immediately .

The most annoying part is that the individual has been dodging / avoiding the police station rather he sents is lawyer, we too also have a lawyer that goes along with us to the station. the family /omonile have been to the station based on police invitation to state thier own side

The police has scheduled another meeting and told the lawyer to present his principal (individual) for the next meeting

Please i need options/ideas to get justice and compensation for the trespass done as to teach the individual a lesson because he is known for such behaviors of subtle land grabbing

Mack truck is 30-40k daily, while Howo is 60-80k depending on the grade of truck.

* Include a gym with big windows ,
* Move the Maid's room "inside".
* Eliminate the guest room downstairs.
* Maintain 3 bedrooms upstairs.
* Reposition the study and laundry room, if need be.
* Master bedroom to access the balcony.
* Modern staircase.
With looooots of natural light. (I hope I'm not asking for too much).

The companies you listed are of same subsidiary....larfage owns wapco and other brands....

It’s ok. All I know is Ibeto Cement is not owned by Dangote, BUA or Lafarge and it has been in existence for more 3 decades or more.

All these are just cosmetic changes without structural changes and very easy to change. The all-round chaining and the decking should hold the structural integrity of the building. Just reverse the direction/position of this door and change that wall. That's all. Don't fret, na easy adjustment. Go back to your architect for the changes; if s/he is asking for the moon, just look for the nearest draughtsman. Eyes dey red now but draughtsman suppose fit do am for like 10k.

A Lab attendant is not trained to perform surgery.

A draughtsman is trained to provide looooots of natural light.

Don't look down on a noble profession.

Noble profession but you want to pay home 10,000 naira to effect changes that involves alot of brain work / tinkering.

An original Autocad software costs thousands of dollars. I know we use fake. If I were the one, I won't even open my laptop if someone offered me 10,000 for design changes in this 2021.

I'm sure Oga Diordaves is abroad. But 10,000 naira is you looking down in that noble profession.
