Lol. Chief I have noticed these new buildings springing up on the Island, they hardly have sizeable spaces. The plots seems small. Is it because of the high cost of these lands that developers carve out the plots to be small to maximize profits/put up more building units?

Lands are very costly there, that's why they design houses with as little space as possible.
