YungMillionaire: why waste my time with this stupid mention mr spokesman abeg deport as many as you wish. their property still does not belong to you. let's not use fancy language to support stealing you people are confusing me sef. I thought there would be joy in the land if Nigeria finally gets rid of that drug peddling tribe that loves buying land. but I'm sensing a strong majority feels they would deserve to be punished anyhow anyway 2 Likes |

Ikinternational: First of all, I am all for breaking up this Lugard contraption so stop making dumb assumptions. Concerning the emboldened even in America undocumented immigrants that are deported no longer have rights to their property. I am telling you as someone who lives and work in the US. All these grammer you are blowing na theory. In reality, if Nigeria breaks Iboes will lose most of their wealth. Is it fair? No. But will it happen? Yes. And there is nothing anyone can do about it. Personally, as soon as I realize that Nigeria's balkanization is imminent, I will sell my properties in other regions. That is what I plan to do. Sit there and be speaking big grammar instead of facing reality. |

Davefed: How many Igbos who had properties in the Southwest got them back after the civil war? The reason why you have a problem with my train of thoughts is that it goes against your sentiments. You cannot eat your cake and have it. This is Africa, home of selfish government policies. Are you not seeing what Ghana is doing to its African neighbors despite ECOWAS? Many Igbos know this all that is why they are cool with one Nigeria. But they wont say it in your presence so you dont start calling them traitors like you called Zik. |
Re: What I Discovered When I Travelled To Benin City by Davefed(m): 7:45am On May 21, 2021 |
kingthreat:. It's a different scenarios between winning a war and losing it.. Igbo lost the war and meant to be treated like so, it happens everywhere in the world. Imagine if Biafra won the war do you think Southwest or south South confiscsate their property? No they can't they wouldn't they, they can't try it.. Eritria that broke up from Ethiopia did the govt confiscate their property, hey I know you don't know that, they citizens still retain their property intact.. when South Sudan broke up from main Sudan no confiscations of property. It's a only greediness that can make you to what doesn't belongs to you and I can see you don't understand International politics. Hope you know Igbo people constitutes the major revenue generators to Lagos State govt? That alone will deter them. 2 Likes |

PoloG:I have given you an official link, the recorded & legal no of Nigerians in the US is 300k & without even the official projection you and I know that more than 60% of Nigerians residing in the US are overstay visa recipients who stay illegal till they get papers & become legal. |

Re: What I Discovered When I Travelled To Benin City by kingthreat(m): 8:57am On May 21, 2021 |
emmykingzy: I am not. Just telling you the fact. Just like many Nigerians supported endsars, when hoodlums took over and there was no police presence to deter the criminals, they faced the music. Same way you Igbos supporting secession. Once the secession comes, every Igbo has to bear the negative consequences that comes with it. I just stated one but believe me in an unstable African society there are many including war. Have a good day |
Re: What I Discovered When I Travelled To Benin City by kingthreat(m): 9:07am On May 21, 2021 |
Davefed: Brother man, you said greed right? You are 100% right, it will be fueled by greed. And it will happen and there is nothing UN can do about it else than to overlook. You are still being sentimental about it. Get off man, see the consequences. Even in Lagos, Igbos are being cheated and intimidated of their properties in a few situations. Not to talk of when there is a secession. Also please get my point of view; I support the Igbos greatly and hopeful that a good candidate comes from there to lead this country. I don't believe secession is the best answer after coming this far. By the way, I researched on your examples, I found the links below. https://www.refworld.org/docid/3ae6ab4570.html https://reliefweb.int/report/eritrea/ethiopia-eritrea-stalemate-takes-toll-eritreans-and-ethiopians-eritrean-origin |

Re: What I Discovered When I Travelled To Benin City by emmykingzy: 10:11am On May 21, 2021 |
kingthreat: I am a detribalised Nigerian, never told you I am Igbo. The Igbo lost those properties because they lost the war. What if they won it, nko? But go and check the meaning of referendum. It happened with Eritrea, Ethiopia and Sudan. Nobody lost any property. If the Igbos want to go, let them go. I personally love Nigeria and have always believed Nigeria will make it, but Nigeria has lost her way Nd I have lost hope with this country. Na japa plans my family dey so. There is no more Justice, Equity and fairness in this country. What of Security or corruption or is the killings almost everywhere. The handwriting is on the wall. I can see it clearly. Live and let others live also. 3 Likes |

PoloG:So, those with gruesome murder stories of killings of their family & friends up North from the SW went were was better than their place? For your lesson: Igbos migrate mostly cos of distraction from friends & family. We Igbo have lots of communal activities When in isolation, you're more self aware & focused pursuing your career. However, this also somehow influences crime cos one is in a place he isn't known, accountable or may not be traceable |

Re: What I Discovered When I Travelled To Benin City by kingthreat(m): 10:54am On May 21, 2021 |
emmykingzy: Winning the war and dictating how the other country will treat you are two different things. What if South west then refused to give back the seized properties, will Biafra go to war? From my writeups you should know I am well-read to know what referendum means. I am for it than a bloody method IPOB is executing. But really I do not care. Anyhow they want to go by it, let them face the consequences. We are all victims of the Nigerian system and the fact remains the evils are propagated by all the tribes. Good to japa o. Come to Aussie, if you can. You fit leave your door unlocked for 1 year no thief go enter your house. I never stopped anyone from living oo. |
