One of our major problems as human being is that, most times we dont speak truth to power just because we are beneficiaries. At a point in this Buhari's government, i had 2 Full Time jobs and i voluntarily resigned from one because the other demanded a greater attention as a result of promotion. But it would be very foolish of me to say Buhari's government has done any major thing in terms of creating employment or providing enabling environment for business to thrive.

As per other pickers not taking responsibilities, that is false, i know a lot of full refunds or half refund that Lionlee/Daaz have done for people, if you go through the threads i'm sure you will see some too. Business is profit and loss, the prayer is that our profit should be more than the loss. Lets call a spade a spade, Mikky's attitute regarding customer service especially after sales/pick up is very bad. We know this hustle na black market but that doesnt stop Mikky from accepting faults, if you read through his epistles, all he did was to blame Chelseamann, exonerating himself when its very obvious.

Oga T, if to say this hustle na formal business, Mikkyangel would have packed up since 2017/2018 with the amount of negative comments and bad customer reviews he has. Is it pick up issues like this chelseamann's case or iCloud locked macbooks and phones he picked for Twinskenny in 2018 or faulty TLC items he sold to people? These are few of the cases i can recollect, i bet you'll be shocked if people decided to come out and narrate their ordeals in his hand

You mentioned that you've been dealing with him since he started, thats good. Ask yourself, where are the day ones that you started with? How many of them are still in business with Mikky? and are even happy doing business with him? Abi no be from the time wey we dey go collect items for Wilmer in Apapa for one House/Hotel like that? Most of the people here in Nigeria will gladly take their Ls and move on when they know its their fault, but you and i know its always very painful to accept a loss thats not fully ours no matter the amount involved.

here is what happened,I placed an iPhone X 256 gig on NL couple of days back with a faulty front and back camera that can’t be fixed,he chatted me up,and as usual sent 65k for the phone and 5200 for the waybill,he demanded I give him a usb for free which I did ,he requested for pictures and videos of the phone and also the imei,which I did,only for him to receive item and tell me it was partially open,let me make it known,I have being selling on Nairaland consistently for over 10 years,no complain or issue what so ever,I told him,I am in the market,if I noticed anything regards a partly opened phone,I will tidy it up Before sending ,iPhone X does not open like that unless it has being tampered with ,I told him,I could not accept it cos it was not in this manner when I sent it,a phone I used for 2 hours before sending it down to him,I admit my error on the battery health cos I get busy a lot and it’s not everything I rem,I told him 88percent but instead it was 82 percent which I appologised immediately,the issue I have with him is the partially opened screen,which was not in that condition before sending it,we sellers see a lot of things in the hands of buyers,we go out of our way to appreciate them and do all we can do to resolve issues,but as it is,I gave him an option to go give a phone technician to key the screeen back,no one should put blames on me

Omo, but save us the stress next time, when you want to get a new phone request IMEI, S/N, and 360 video of the phone, make sure the screen comes on showing the current time and date, before it will be dispatched or shipped.
So Once it gets to you, you can confirm the S/N and IMEI. This can be helpful to both buyer and sellers, to avoid stories.
And next time when you see an iPhone for sale always check the calendar app on the Home Screen/Lock screen, if it’s reading an old date, and it’s a recent advert/listing, just know somethings off, ask if item is with them, then proceed to request current pictures
