They should have normally sent the "generic we are unable to make a decision within the standard timeframe email". Perhaps you can chase them up.

Thank you friend. I'm so grateful.

Every standard visit visa application is 50-50 but I don’t think your experience at the port of entry would significantly affect your future visa applications just make sure now they know you have a family member in the uk, for them to allow you into the Uk and didn’t hold on to your passport that you will get it when you are exiting the country shows they are satisfied with whatever explanation you gave them and you have done the right thing by not overstaying which would make them see you as a genuine visitor.
I have been stopped at the Heathrow airport before and delayed for over 8 hours, my fingerprints were taken and I was interviewed by 2 different Immigration officers but at last they apologised and I was allowed in the following year I applied and I was granted.
What I did was close to yours, I made contradictory statement about me coming to the UK to perform at the notthinhill carnival and they said if was performing I needed a different category of visa not a visit visa but I explained to them that it wasn’t a paid performance I just want to be with few Nigerians and entertain them.
The immigration officer asked me a very tricky question that what if I was offered money for the performance just to cover my ticket fee what will I do, I told him I want accept it because if I did that it means I have worked in the UK and my visa does not permit me to do that.

Thanks so much bro
All I will do is declare it in my next application.

Your application is still within the time frame so calm down. The 15 working days started counting the following business day your package was received. (take notes of Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)

May 12 and 14 are holidays

Gooday guys, Please I need the process to follow to apply for a tourist / visitor Visa to UK.

I already have a friend there who has been staying for more than 13 years.

I will appreciate if I can get any guide here
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by giselle237: 12:52am On Jun 03, 2021
NiggaRoy22:
here are the reasons
U and your daughter are both travelling.
U filled 21 days for yourself and 8 days for her, why tho?
Anyway ur refusal letter is self explanatory.
U work and earn 55k a month... ur travel budget is 1000 pounds and u said the trip will be sponsored by ur husband.

They note your husband’s business documents submitted but also say there is no evidence that this his company has been trading or so.

On assessment of ur husband’s statemnt of account against what you wrote in ur visa form, they have been unable to verify the two amd are also unsure if the money is available for your personal use..
this is because there are several cash deposits in his acct which sources were not explained and why he is in receipt of such diff cash deposits... in conclusion your financial story cnt be as ascertained tht this money u say is available is yours/available for the trip.
Pls dnt go back there until u either get a better paying job or you can provide evidence for every deposits and evidence of the sources of your husband’s funds. And that these funds in his company account are available for your personal use.

Perhaps he could have used his personal acct to sponsor the trip??
