How will they cross match the DNA?

The last line of my post answers that question but l guess you cant decipher it.
But l will oblige you, you might be asking with a clear mind.

Hint: A Rapist would most likely have struggled with the Victim and it is "highly Probable" that such Rapist(s) would have left Finger Prints on the Victim, a working System with trained forensic Investigators would first lift finger Prints from the Victim and then conduct Finger Print Matching.
This Finger Print matching would give you every a list of all 'Human' that touched that Victim in recent day/hours before her death.
The Finger Print-list of such Victims are then narrowed down, using Phone Geo-location and interviews and cross-checking of Alibi, to those who are within 500M of the Venue of the Rape incident, when it occurred.
It is the DNA of this "reduced and fortunate" Group is what will be used in a DNA Match, with any lifted DNA from the Victim.
I have broken it down for you and I can assure you that if given the opportunity, l will catch the Assailant(s) within 3Weeks, maximum

NB: Observe that l am not working on any obvious theory because, like the Note left on the girl or its content, those can just be a diversionary tactics designed by the assailant(s), to throw the investigators off their trail.

Those your punishment are to lenient.
Rape of any Child under 10 should attract the death Penalty
Rape of a Child between 10 and 14 should attract 50yrs in prison
Rape of a Person 15 to 16 should attract 30yrs in Prison.
All the above persons are not even considered Women they should be assumed not to be able to give "consent" and sexual encounter with them should be avoided at all cost.


For other categories other than the above, the rape Allegation should be properly investigated and put in the proper context of "Rape".
Issues to consider should include:
- Was there a Relationship between the accused and the Victim, that suggests they were previously in a love relationship?
- Does the Victim have the opportunity to refuse, avoid the accused and move out of the situation without nay harm?
- Did the Victim do anything suggestive, to encourage the Accused to have sex with her, in that encounter
- Was "force" used in the encounter? Was Drug used to subdue the Victim?
- Was the Victim completely helpless ot chose not to avail of such help?
- The extent of damage the incident inflict on the Victim

The punishment, when "Actual Rape" is established beyond doubt, should range from 30yrs minimum (Rape without aggravated injury), to Life in Prison (injury involved), to Death Sentence (when victim dies or is killed in the process).

My worry is always about those who use Rape as a weapon to Victimise Men, less an innocent man be unjustly punished or killed for a crime he did not do. We have seen dozens of such cases happen and many Men destroyed but l have ZERO Tolerance for Rapist, l hate them with passion.
