The very instant two people agree to a lifelong relationship, marriage has started...pay her bride price, forget about what anyone will say, wed her and move on...when you are not a compound fool how will you contemplate abortion and risk the life of the woman who offered her body to satisfy you. Don't be unfortunate. Pay the lad's bride price, wed her and keep the child.

As long as you've fully paid her bride price or dowry and her parents received them and blessed you both, you two are spiritually and fully married. Even the Bible recognizes this.
After traditional marriage deal the union legally via a court marriage and start your life together.

Church/white wedding is a major scam. It's a western tradition and of course it makes the couple spend huge amount in the name of preparation and entertainment of guest.

Don't terminate no pregnancy pls. Spiritually, it's unethical and goes against your faith as Christian.

Only if you had unprotected sex during ovulation and then it would be counted as week 4 since gynecologists count the weeks starting from the first day of your last period so in OP's case 3 weeks would be actually 1 week and 1 week to the next menstruation. It's complicated, I know.
