you need a job offer to get work visa.IT skills are not in short supply. They already have many laborers from Mexico, no one will give you visa to be a laborer. The only way is a usa citizen or green card marry you or you go as a student.

Not really. Some programs require it, others don’t. Generally, it is easier to gain admission and secure fundin If you have written the exams.

How’s this possible? Scholarship and other forms of funding are usually available. Your application has to be stellar. Read up Graduate Assistantship, Teaching Assistantship and Research Assistantship.

That's probably the easiest and most welcomed route to enter legally.Apply to universities and earn your degrees preferably in medicine,engineering or academia and you've got yourself a pacific sized ocean of opportunities.
