Yes it does. The trick is to wait like 3-5 days after you sent the mail before you check how many times the enduser opened the email.
And when you check, anything after that...

So after sending, don't open the sent emails until days after.

I used it recently and the open rate was over 75%. I like the app sha. Even Ikhalyfah (I hope I spelled correctly) uses the app.

National ID, driver's license or international passport is what they accept.
But you can try and see if they'll accept. Just make sure the address in it match your utility bill. (I can't even remember if they asked for that).

If the voters card is not accepted, contact them via email that your ID card was declined stating that it general accepted by financial institution in nigeria as a means of identification and the id the number (write it out in the mail) is unique to each individual.

Add a clear picture of the ID card to the mail and see if they'll consider.

Because I found out that most of those practicing, actually have two or more law related stuff they do.
