If we are been fair, project delivery timeline can be affected due to some reasons beyond the company control. Trying to spoil their name isn't the right thing to do.

Nigerians can just slander people unnecessarily, How can you say that a company that’s engaging you about your project is a fraud?
The company delivers time and time again, this is fact.

A friend bought a property from Paradise estate abuja 3years ago and paid outrightly.

They're the sister company of lekki gardens and was being ran by Blessing, Richard Nyong's sister. Richard is the CEO of lekki gardens, paradise has become quite popular in Abuja but they're a fraud. A company that doesn't keep to their words or honour agreements.

They bought into their IDU SABO project and the agreement was for 12months and 15months in cases of force majeure

They were assured of delivery in 2020 July 31 but they failed, approached again, they wrote again to give till December unfailingly, they failed. Paradise estate wrote in Dec again assuring delivery in Feb 2021, they failed again, then they have sent another letter promising Aug 2021 they will fail again without a doubt! The site has been in the same state as it was in Feb 2021. What's worse is the Mr Romeo (one of their top representative) who use to be the face of paradise in giving word has now resigned.

Paradise estate under the leadership of Richard Nyong is all PR, collect your money and leaving trails of disappointments in Abuja.

Attached is the current state of the said estate and i hope other subscribers will come out to seek accountability because they claimed the estate is sold out
@justwise,

They actually wrote three times informing of a delay, that’s actually not bad
There are other companies that doesn’t even communicate at all

Okay so this is not true, we all know that 2020 was a heck of a year, and the only thing left in the estate is the infrastructure. Please don’t come online and post things becos you can. They are doing their best and they have delivered a lot of estates in Abuja, im currently living in one and I know this is not true.
E tire me o. Imagine being labelled a fraud because you didn't deliver on time even if your track record speaks volumes.

But what is baffling me is that these guys are reducing housing deficit daily with massive additions of new estates - why try to smear them when you can spore their efforts? This attitude isn't helping matters o

I'm shocked seeing this o, cos I know Paradise Abuja to be one of the leading real estate companies in the city and their projects are not just contemporary, affordable but also the best investment plan.

Hmmm, this doesn't add up o, how can you say that a company that’s engaging you about your project is a fraud? Nigerians can just slander people unnecessarily and try to destroy businesses because they do not want to be logical, see some of their work, how credible else do you want them to be?

I know how it feels OP, but linking them to their sister company and Throwing around the names of the business owner reeks of defamation and this won't proffer solutions to the delay. I advice you and affected parties to be patient.

Meanwhile I have my eyes on one of their prestigious edifices.

I agree with you. I even had they have communicated the delay. And it shows they are not fraud.

Paradise estate i can see all the work you and your mercenaires have been trying to do all day. Again i say well done! I'm unbothered you see? The way you have people on your payroll to defend, that's the same way others have who to stand up for them too. Continue bringing up your fine pictures to blur the truth, it WILL NEVER STAND THE TEST OF TIME

You, your handlers and employees all knows the truth, i said what i said! Get to work! Finish and hand other other people's sweat that you have been holding on to for years now.
Today it is one person standing up for the truth and you call it smear campaign right? Next tomorrow when multitudes are standing, do not be shocked!

I did some more research on the company.

See what I saw on twitter.

Roof of houses in the estate blown off. Make of that what you will.

I can imagine the hell the owners of the houses went through.

A lot of people has actually subscribed into this estate and have also gotten their keys. I for one have a unit there and I sure do have neighbours.

So if you are saying that there is a delay in the delivery of your friends unit and the company has also been writing him/her, then I think it will be a defamation of character to call them fraud.
you have a house there? That's nice o. How much is the plan like? I would love to own one.

very true. Lots of businesses were affected by covid really. I know Paradise would do a good job immediately business resumes. Look at some of the work of Paradise

Now that we have a lot of Paradise Estate employees and perhaps management on this thread, I would like to advise you all to concentrate your resources in completing the Paradise Boulevard Katampe and other old projects like the one the OP mentioned, instead of using old subscribers funds to open new project sites. You regularly send me adverts of your new project sites which make me wonder why you have refused to put more resources in Paradise Boulevard Katampe 3.

Your continuous inability to deliver projects in time is a breach of contract, and it distorts subscribers’ plans.

If you refuse to change many of us will start talking on socio media. It is Nairaland today, tomorrow it will be Facebook, Twitter and other social media. By the time we drag you to the court of public opinion, you will find it difficult to market your new projects.

Revise your strategy now and make quality and prompt delivery a priority, rather than continuous expansion that you do not have sufficient capital to fund.

@ OP, please create the WhatsApp link as I advised earlier. Thanks

Their employees and agents are as foolish as the management, the time spent trying to discredit is funny.

Sharing same pictures, new moniker, very clear this is PR... this is bad image laundering,

You lot will be okay. Paradise estate management if you want peace. Urgently deliver our house in IDU SABO, subscribers are more aggrieved than you can imagine. You took someone's money since 2018 and till today no drainages, no water, no road, houses uncompleted and the mistreatment from the management and staff ehn! Dont even get me started on that!

The way economic situation is hard for you that's how it is for subscribers who bought into your projects and still having to pay rent.

Today i and others have stood against injustice, Deliver on Idu sabo project as promised ASAP!

I liked that you acknowledged the economic situation ; sends a message you are quite reasonable
To that end , I will suggest you go ahead advise your friend to dialogue with the coy to withdraw with interest, if its unbearable for him or her
Since the estate is already ongoing, he or she can sell her slot which should have yielded so much based on their usual low price entries

We can also carry this our injustice March to Buhari and cohort ( the main culprits) to normalise cost of construction instead of dragging good business to the mud

I had to respond to you after reading your comment but then i know you are working for your salary. Here i am, hoping your salary can even afford a paradise house abi no be today you create this your moniker? You guys were actually brought in to debunk stories so your organization dont complete and hand over keys abi? What's the English word for such? A reputable company that abandoned old projects to actively advertise and continue construction on a new project.

If your so called reputable company used the money that was paid to them to actually complete idu sabo, we would never even be here discussing. He/she even said sell your slots, to who? Will you buy such? And talking about dialogue, with who exactly? Your decision makers in lagos or the people here who can't do shit? Even your company lawyer said he was powerless after writing and failing to meet deadline grin

And by all means tell your employers to open a channel of communication for my friends to withdraw and they can refund them at the current price then everyone goes their way.

Until then stay monitoring... Apologist oshi!
