shams040: For a start, I will say ask God for direction. It is what I do when faced with problem of choice. Now to human understanding, I will pick Australia over the other two as GIS has a pathway to permanent residence particularly study of identifying solutions to wildfire problem. While Canada also has a good pathway to PR, Australia has other advantages like better weather, better pay, ease of settling compared to Canada and others. The advantage Canada may have over Australia from my position may be the closeness to the USA for those who have relatives in the USA. Reason I asked the source of the scholarship is because if it is government sponsored, all the three countries expect you to return to Nigeria post study for at least one year. Seeing you have no such clog in the wheel, Australia is a good choice. If you have experience in GIS, you can start your PR processing even before you start or complete your study. Congratulations and all the best in your decision making. May heaven lead you. Which state is the university in Australia? 3 Likes |

Hello House, please I'm at crossroads. I have a degree from a University in Singapore that got bought over by an Australian University. Can I claim this as Australian education being that when I graduated it wasn't part of the Australian University but is presently so. |

IML denied our skill assessment, Reason: they said the company does not have enough online presence for a company that is purely into sales. We applied for a reassessment and provided more documents and reasons for the not enough online presence, report came in yesterday and its still unsuccessful. |

Hello, all. I had seen previous posts on how some people got state nomination for Visa 190. I’ve check most states in Australia for their requirements for nomination and it states one had to be a resident of the state. Is there a way around this? Even saw a video on YouTube were this guy said he was in Nigeria yet got state nomination, dropped a comment but Baba never reply. Also on the previous topic trend, someone said she got NSW nomination. |

yungmin: Hello, please I would like to know if you added 15 points to your points score for 491 and 5 points for 190 before submitting EOI. As in do you add it while expressing your interest or you wait to get nominated before adding it. Thanks |

Hello people, I submitted an EOI in April 2020, which I updated in September 2020. Given that EOIs last two years, what would be the expiry date for my EOI - April 2022 or September 2022? Being an offshore applicant and considering how COVID has disrupted things, I am concerned on how this would play out. Also, how does the way Australia's financial year system (1 July XX to 30 June XX) affect things? |
