I told them that they are to write SEVIS FEE in account name but they said no. What am I supposed to write there please? It's urgent, the person is still at the office

Do community colleges offer MSc programs? Because a school has college in its name doesnt necessarily mean it's a community college

Secondly another school which is a university gave me 25% reduction yet my deficit is still about 50k+ is this worth going after?

Please my visa was denied at the embassy on the 10th of June. I have been trying to book new appointment but the dates i can see is in November. Can i pick the date and request for emergency appointment? Will it be approved? Do they approve expedite appointment for anyone that has been denied before?

You can try. Mine was approved last year even after they denied me the first time.

Why will you want to go to a community school and still have a deficit of $33k
WIU is cheap with a COA of $23k
you can google universities with cheap tuition for international students

Use your Mother. The reason being that, when you exhaust your personal funds, where do you expect to get more money with a visa in a country you are not eligible to work (except on campus employment, which is not even guaranteed)? Your family member should be your primary sponsor while you can say you have personal savings toward living expenses.

At the same time, tell your story as it is.

You people always do extensive research online. I am sure the VOs at the U.S embassy and Abuja must have heard the line so much that the words have lost their usefulness. The way you talk, your sponsor plus the supposed relationship (cousin?) are the reasons for your refusal. I can bet you didn't talk confidently.
