mail them and inform them u want to open a cscs account or better still there some investment house who can open it for u online too. gurus here will direct u on that. just throw ur question open.

If you do not want to tie down your money for long, then go for the likes of MBA forex and other ponzi schemes. They have short tenors and high rewards. Note that high reward equates to high risk.

Please does it mean that there was no Treasury Bills primary auction last Wednesday? I subscribed through Stanbic, but I am yet to be debited. Or is it that it didn't go through? Anyone with info can help.

You don't have to hold till maturity, they are highly liquid so you can easily sell. Hundreds of billions of Naira worth are traded from Monday to Friday
