TEQ365VENTURES:Welcome, Our foundation design are done after consideration of the type of ground we are working on, the type of loads we are expecting on a foundation and the height of the foundation from the trenches. In this instance, the ground beams were chosen for a more effective load distribution between foundation columns since we had a gentle slope in the land and all the column bases were not on the same level.
