You don't need to send a change of circumstance form to UKVI so don't expect a response to that. Proof of your marriage need to be submitted with your wife's application. What you need to do is to apply for your wife's student dependant visa in accordance with the guidelines and you'll be fine.

I thought iHS fee is below 2K USD? Why are they charging me 2746 USD?

So,I'll be applying next month. I'd like to get clarification on the following:
1. Is employment letter same thing as letter from employer or should my spouse submit both?
Cause I saw from a previous post on this forum that the sponsor should submit letter from his employer.


2. For sponsors bank statement..should my husband only submit printout of his bank statement for 6months or should he also submit letter from the UK bank stating when account was opened, salary paid e.t.c..

3. What is "sponsors undertaking form,appendix 2 form,appendix form VAF4a,tls checklist"

Also, my partner added he has degree certificate but he's not going to use it for proof of English because he has IELTS, but NARIC letter is still part of the document they said he should provide. Is this compulsory?

I saw that you can use the one with UKVI on it. It must have a UKVI reference.
Although my partners IELTS has it the UKVI ref, but we decided to use NARIC.

At this point we got stuck, cos that might be difficult to achieve. He has an OND and a BSC, and is above 60. The spouse is UK citizen.

What other document can be submitted as a substitute for IELTS test/result?

1. I've seen the vaf4a form online and I'll have to print it ..please how do I submit it with my other docs(do I take all my docs and submit on the day of my biometrics)...its confusing because I thought it'll be like the visit visa where you apply and submit online.

I would draw an assumption, that the bit of the jigsaw missing, is the little matter of £18,600.......

Two options -
- He gets another job
- Cleared savings of approximately £65,000.......

Please note that you also have to get his transcript and English Proficiency letter from his school. You will be required to upload them alongside his certificate.

Hope we all had a good day, please I have a quick question in regards to Naric.

My husband went to Unilag to request for his transcript and he was told that they cant give him the transcript but they can send it to the professional body email that is requesting for it.

Please does anyone have an idea about this.

I should submit my application this ending.
1. is there some other things I need to know before the application?
2. my personalized check list does not include accommodation, Should i still send accommodation proof or stick with what they requested?
3. What is the likely date of visa collection if i apply July ending? i need to give my organization 2 months notice.
