Edit: growing up, men are never taught or encouraged to learn the useful skill of mastering and taming their sexual urges. Instead, men are praised for having many body counts, and they see such as a glorious pursuit. It is not necessarily bad, but neglecting the useful skill of sexual self-control is very important for men to learn.
