Eba with vegetable.

Dessert for the week:

Chocolate cake filled with strawberry and blueberry compote, glazed with coconut chocolate ganache, topped with pan roasted pistachio.

Just before retiring for the night:
A slice of the dessert.


Nice but where's the liquid/ sauce in this soup? grin.
At least a little liquid will make it more inviting and slide down the throat easily.

A non stick pan
A toaster
A sandwich maker


You can toast
Egg mixed with herbs(thyme,curry,black pepper or ground pepper. Salt)
You can add tuna fish or diced pepper

You can soak your bread on it and grill or fry the egg, lay the bread in it and fold.
Which ever one you rock

Don't let me post ooo cos i eat funny food like semi-solid semo with beans and stew on top flowing with fish. Another combo is spaghetti with gbegiri and soup flowing with ogunfe. I also take food like watermelon and mango soaked in hollandia yoghurt...and so on. grin grin grin
