Also, you forgot to mention that, the continual decrease in USA Nuclear warheads are intentional and they are in a part with Russia to continue to decrease the numbers....when it comes to Nuclear weapons, more is not better or superior, capabilities matters.

The bulk of Russian Nuclear warheads includes active and inactive warheads assigned to military delivery vehicles, plus warheads waiting to be disabled.
