Exactly but the front door I see there is quiet small for such a gigantic house. I would have prefer a gigantic double door. Let's see how it goes. I wish he will do a video of the house so we can see the outcome.

We have started a fence for this compound..........

This house will get a new black roof by next week, we are planning to use black shingles, stone coated roofing tiles.

I know, we are going to have this fence built then do a lot of other designs before the gate.

Roofing tiles just paid for, awaiting the delivery to site and subsequently, the installation.

We have mounted the thunder arrestor pointer and other equipment to the top of this building..........

Still working the internal walls..........

The house today, we have been taking delivery of 9" blocks for this fence.......

We have continued to cast the blinding of the fence foundation with concrete

I know, in a village setting like ours with many brothers, cousins and other relatives, its hard to get enough space to build a large house in a state like Anambra.

this is Anambra and to get more land, you pay premium for it. You start by buying your neighbors properties

That is, if the neighbours have space to sell in the first place, and at what price they will agree to sell.

In most Anambra state towns, there is so few lands available that many children might not get up to a 12 feet x 12 feet room space as their inherited lands. It's a state with with very small landmass but overpopulated by indegens.

looking at the environment, that's a medium scale community. Lands there will never come cheap
