When you stated you were 19, that's when I knew you were just being a child.
Your parents are actually training you to be a better person. To me, you lack nothing. And I know some of the things you stated here are either lies or exaggerated just to paint them as stingy as your conscience permits. No worry, when you start making your own money, you go grab.

My younger sister once told me I was being stingy and wicked towards her(that was after she saw the way I took care of our dad's burial). Her reason was that I only give her money, either when she is sick or she is in another serious trouble.
To her, I have so much money, but she doesn't know that it took me over 6 months and moving in with a friend for 4 months plus as I couldn't renew my rent so as to cut expenses just to save to put those money together.

Sometimes you think those up ahead have got so much money to spend, but they actually have businesses, other children, as well as other engagements to take care of.
You should be grateful for having rich parents. some persons did manual labour to sustain theirselves through school.

An ungrateful child who calls his parents stingy is not different from a waster of resources. You a prodigal and gluttonous.
How I wish your parents will allow you to work in a construction site for 2 weeks so that you can use the money to feed yourself for 1month without any support from them.
An ingrate is never appreciative of well utilized. opportunity to reinvest or plow back into business.
I salute your parents that can pay over 900k as school fee and other academics expenses.
You will later be like them when you start taking responsibility .

Hello guys.... I don't just know.. Is it just me or is there anything I don't understand......my parents are rich people especially my dad, I know that for sure... someone paying #950,000 naira per year as school fees for me aside other expenses, plus multiple houses and lands I can't even keep count of....

How come they are this stingy? There is no time I would ask them for money for my own personal well being or any of my personal needs that they would like to assist me. I once ask mum for #12,000 naira just to buy a fairly used android phone (when I know they can even afford me an iPhone x) but she told me I should wait till months end before she gives me saying there is no money on ground... it's five months now and still nothing (not waiting for it though)...

Then I ask my dad, he told me I don't need an android phone... telling me that phone makes people unserious and other types of bulls*it( a 19 year old student for that matter)

Any expenses that is not book or academic related is not important...my parents would rather buy clothes for me than give me money to buy clothes... sometimes I end up not wearing some of them..

The funniest part is that, anytime I take any urgent lie(Asin scam) about any payment in school...they wouldn't Waits a second to send it to me... This has got me telling all sorts of lies just to get what I know can be gotten honestly.. It has even gotten to the point that any money that enters my hand now, I use it to play sports betting to see if I can get enough money for what I need, but I end up loosing the money...I am just frustrated.. someone time I wish I didn't even have rich parents cos what's the point...

Story wey I don dey prepare advice, u come spoil am

You’re on a long broad road to poverty if you no stop sports betting.

For your other problem wey u don spoil, start now to show them you’re a man. Not by stubbornness, or violence but by visible manly achievements.

Your parents actually love you very much and want you to appreciate you are privilege and by so doing, learn to work hard to become successful. Children do have an entitlement mentality this day and it leads to failure. A parent only has to provide you the necessary things , not luxuries anyway.
I know a man who became very appreciative of his parents years after the hard training. Upon graduation in UK the father ordered him out of the house. He had to go get his apartment and the bills made him work hard. In a matter of a short time, he bought his house and continued to prosper. He then realised that his friends whose parents continued to accommodate didn't have a house of theirs years after he had. Then he realised the father only pushed him to grow up and build his life.
Your reaction to your parents is solely yours and it will determine if you learn the lesson expected or not
Just like it will determine your outcome.

give them a message.
loot something from the house that's very important and hide not sell.
make sure your the prime suspect.
they'll ask you to bring it from where you sold it from that they'll pay the amount you got from it.
after everything, return it in peace and send them a message telling them your pain.
don't tell them verbally, SMS works better with such parents..

That's no excuse, it's his obligation. If he doesn't do it , who will do it? You can be paying a million naira as school fees for your son but will squeeze face when he ask you for 10k for his own personal needs. That's what the kid is talking about.

From my perspective though, they're just trying not to give you enough funds to indulge in the vices youth engage in.
Next time if you want something, send them images of it and ask them to buy it for you.

Different strokes for different folks.
How heartbroken your parents would feel once they find out you're gambling.
Gambling is a habit that leads to perpetual poverty. If I were you, I would come up with a business plan that would continually fetch me money. Pitch your business ideas to your parents (a reasonable one pls). That way, you'll see how difficult it is to make money and I guess you'll appreciate your parents more.
parents gat teach their children to build business, watin we for dey hear Na "my parents refused to fund my farming career"

Oh really? His parents pays a million annually for his school fees, takes care of his feeding, clothing and accommodation, obviously gave him the necessary gadgets but because they don't give him N10k for his own personal needs means they're stingy?

I hate cyber bullying but I have got to say this.

You are a stupid idiota. Someone pays a million on your fee every year, feeds you, cloths you and you have the audacity to call them stingy you tw*t.

I fetched firewoods, worked in people's farm, sold akara, moimoi, chicken legs and all manner of things to ensure myself and siblings could feed at a stay yet an idiota like you is yawning dust.

At 19 I was already paying rents for my parents and you come here to yawn nonsense.

Ungrateful idiota. Your dad should have used a condom.

I wish I can see you one on one.

There's no obligation anywhere to send your kids to private universities, it is a privilege these kids of nowadays abuse, we have people going to Unilag, UI, OAU etc and they still managed to graduate and have successful careers, no father owes his child a private university education certainly not 1 million per whatever!

You will learn some of their dealings by the time you become a parent too. You might do better but they are not stingy, they just think you do not need some of these thing. You said it yourself, they provide everything, what else? Phone? And your dad said you do not need one. Calm down, when you start earning money you can buy yourself as many as possible.

Boy, your parents are amazing. They are not stingy.
