Their service is absolutely poor and discouraging, the so called Nigeria office WhatsApp/phone line has been unavailable since 17th June and then puts up a post to give an outrageous excuse and claiming they will be back by 10th of July while still having people goods, how can a business owner disappear for so long ,one can't even put a call through to the number its always switched off / unreachable , a whole freight company doesn't have another means of effective communication except only one phone number, now we should contact china rep that hardly respond to messages, none can tell if your goods have been shipped or give it's present location because he never gave tracking number he claimed he would give at the beginning , all the china rep ever says is you will get your goods soon, their normal goods shipping and delivery time frame of 8-14 days is a lie . I have used other shipping services( where you are informed when it gets to their warehouse, when it leaves, when it shipped, when its gets to Lagos airport and cleared and notified to come for pickup) and it's not as bad as nicargo.

With Us customers have a limit.its very easy to cast aspersions. I will never accept such a use of word on my person. Who are you for God sake. It's very easy for clients to jump on here and type .
I pick and choose our clients it's not all deals that is worth closing. If you can tell me I am mannerless then that says alot about your kind of person .

I said I pick and choose. Yes I do that and it has nothing to do with pride but it safes us lots of troubles .For example a client who contacted us few days ago wanting to purchase
A brief was sent to the said client .I ​demanded that he sent in his links , but funny enough the client said he must see me before links can be forwarded.
I gave him our ddress but he never showed up
The same client messaged me days later asking about or procurement % I simply referred him to read the brief that contains all needed information.
He then asked if he could get a lesser procurement % I told him Yes
At Funkam the higher the fund the lesser the procurement % rate.

I again requested for his links but the said çlient refused and again asked Me how much I will charge him for a purchase worth 300k at that point I knew this is going to be a bad deal better I walk away .if It could take me 3 days demanding for links that does not involve any financial commitment how much more when we get to the level of making payment.
Why am I demanding for his links ?
A fellow that is buying goods of 500k with just 3links surely will pay lesser procurement fee when compared with someone buying goods of 500k with 15links

Now back to Stylex
It's would had been better to ignore Us or give valid reasons why you rather not make use of our services .but for you to use such adjective on me it's shows you don't worth dealing with let alone accepting fund from your kind

It's now 3 years and counting that we started
We have clients who buy goods in thousands and lots who buy in Millions that have never for once call me on the phone let alone coming to visit we appreciate them all but for a client to lack proper language manners such is not welcome at Funkam

We are shipping battery goods like phone, power banks, laptops etc at the rate of $9.8 per kg, now takes 14 to 20 days arrival

We are shipping through sea and air cargo

We are shipping general and liquid goods

etc

Please ask questions before sending your goods to our china and Turkey office

My verdict on this kind of behaviour is NICARGO is a SCAM.
No business man will allow his business line to be off this while. And if business line is off, you should be able to use your email effectively or use this forum more often than anything.
